County Highway District Standardizes on Construction Project Management Software

Meridian Systems has announced that Ada County Highway District (ACHD) of Boise, ID, has selected Prolog® software to standardize it’s construction management processes. ACHD is working directly with P7 Integration, a Meridian Systems Value Added Reseller (VAR), to implement Prolog Manager and Prolog WebSite across the organization. As a public agency, ACHD adopted Prolog to manage complex capital projects more effectively and improve construction project accountability. After a year-long evaluation and request for proposal process, ACHD selected Prolog as its project management solution and P7 Integration as its professional services provider. P7 Integration sells the Prolog suite of applications as well as provides implementation, training, and consulting services.

“We’re eager to see how Prolog can help us to provide best management practices for the more than 200 projects the ACHD has in progress at any one time,” said Steve Dean, ACHD’s Capital Projects Manager. Working from a five-year work plan, Prolog will manage ACHD projects from conceptualization, scope, funding allocation, design, right-of-way acquisition, construction, bidding, contract awards, construction, and closeout.

Prolog software delivers total project management control for construction projects by automating day-to-day tasks and processes, from project design to close-out.
